Prosperity Way provides a THP Plus housing program in San Diego County which provides housing and living skills for youth who are former dependents or wards of the Juvenile Court who are at least 18 and not past their 24th birthday, who “aged out” from the foster care system and are pursuing the goals of the County-approved STEP-TILP.
